Todd Shishido, President of Kukulu, LLC (Kukulu), has over fifteen years of experience in administrative, management and financial capacities, in both the public and the private sector. Mr. Shishido has provided his clients, as well as companies he has worked for, value through the understanding of current and future business needs, world-class methodologies, valuable insight and highly trained resources.

In the public sector, as an employee of KPMG LLP and as a member of Kukulu, Mr. Shishido has evaluated and consulted to government/quasi-government agencies, professional service providers, temporary staffing firms, healthcare insurance and service providers, hospitality organizations and social service providers. Some of his clients included city, state and U.S. territorial governments and a large professional employment organization. His experience ranged from proposal development to project deliverable and wrap-up. Mr. Shishido consistently managed project staff for utilization and performance.

In the private sector, Mr. Shishido has served as an officer for U.S. Department of Defense contracts in both operational and financial capacities. He has been responsible for areas such as business process and internal control development, risk management, human resource management and employee benefits establishment, compliance, hiring, and financial reporting. He has participated in projects related to engineering and design, facilities maintenance, security services and healthcare staffing.

Dwight Kealoha

Kukulu also benefits from the experience and background of another of its directors, retired Air Force Brigadier General Dwight Kealoha. As Director of Information Technology at Kamehameha Schools, General Kealoha brings a wealth of healthcare experience while serving on active duty.

From being Base Commander at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdon to being Commander of the Hawaii Air National Guard, his service and experience cuts across all elements of managing medical missions from staffing to procurement to accreditation. General Kealoha provides Kukulu with the capacity and credibility to operate in the healthcare resource provider industry.
